Arrival, Sexing & Health Guarantee

Arrival

We guarantee 100% live arrival of poultry purchased. Please count only the live chicks upon arrival, as additional chicks may have been included in your order. If any chicks appear very weak or you did not receive the correct quantity, please notify us immediately.

We will credit your account for any shortage. All arrival-related claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Sexing

We guarantee 90% accuracy on pullet (female) sexing. Any complaints must be reported within 12 weeks of hatch.

We will refund the price difference between pullets and cockerels for the number of cockerels that exceed the 10% margin. At no point will Hatchery Farm Store be responsible for an amount exceeding the original purchase price.

Health

All breeder flocks are Pullorum-Typhoid clean and Avian Influenza clean. No warranty of merchantability, long-term health, productivity, or fitness for any purpose is expressed or implied beyond the conditions stated.

Buyers acknowledge that environmental factors, nutrition, and diseases encountered after arrival may affect the condition and long-term fitness of poultry.
